After Hours Urgent Needs

If you have an urgent dental issue and need to talk to our dentists after our regular hours, please call our office at (850) 897-4200. A dentist is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

Insurance/Payment/Billing

At Mid Bay Dental Care, we participate with Cigna PPO Plans, Principal, and GEHA Connections. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We also offer financing through Care Credit®. If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact our office manager at (850) 897-4200.
